Qualios manpower and equipment resources, coupled with its expertise in Project
Management skills, have ensured customer satisfaction and success in the
execution of all types of projects. Furthermore, Qualios has a centralized database
with information being shared between its head office, branches and sites.
Qualios recognizes the importance of close control and calls on specialists to
address all aspects of a project. The skills are applied to every project ensuring
that every phase is adequately addressed. Mobilization of the resources at the
required time, and only for the required period, ensures that the project is achieved
on a cost effective basis.
For every project, an organization is established, which allows us to best respond
to the needs and requirements of the project. This structure follows the regular and
fundamental form of a dedicated management team with implementation and
